DiOnBo

Digital OnBoarding

DiOnBo (Digital OnBoarding) is the digital solution for registering clients and agile, secure contracting. By means of biometric facial recognition techniques, the DiOnBo solution can automate the ‘onboarding’ and authentication process with full guarantees, including official documentation validation in just a few seconds.

DiOnBo was born as an idea to attract potential customers without going to an office. Its applications are endless. You only need a smartphone or a laptop with a camera, without having to download any application.

This is how DiOnBo works

Through a form the user identifies himself with his name, email and identity card. These data will be used to manage and communicate the subsequent biometric identification.
DiOnBo requests a valid DNI, NIE, passport or driver's license to be scanned by the smartphone's camera. The comparison database is from hundreds of countries, so by placing the document in front of the camera, the scan is deep and concise. In fact, both the front and the back of the document are requested in order to have a complete view and confirmation of the document.
Photo of the person performing the process: the camera turns to the selfie mode and takes an accurate image of the user. DiOnBo compares this photo with the previously scanned document. The solution creates an accurate comparison of the distance to the eyes, nose and mouth, using proportional validity in relation to the previous photo. When the match rate is high enough, the DiOnBo moves on to the next phase.
Proof of Life: To avoid fraud where a person could show a photo or a montage, movement is required to identify the user in real time. DiOnBo perceives the person's blinking through the camera to validate their identification.
Summary: the user receives his data in the phone to accept and thus be able to send the biometric identification validity to the corresponding entity.
