Quality and
Environmental Policy

Entelgy´s  Management Team has been committed, from the time of the company’s establishment, to policies for quality and respect for the environment, including in their models and methodological frameworks internationally recognised standards. In order to implement this commitment a Quality and Environmental Management System was established based on the UNE EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004 Standards.

Entelgy  has a priority objective based on the policy resulting from the strategic plan which, in turn, arose from the company’s business Vision and Mission: the satisfying of Customers’ needs and expectations when providing professional, technical services and when designing, developing and maintaining information systems, and also achieving high levels of quality which meet Customers’ needs. The Quality and Environmental Management System controls eachprocess and significant environmental impacts and also assures the effectiveness of the service provided to the Customer, whilst also allowing non-conformities to be identified and necessary measures to be taken to ensure that these do not reoccur.

Entelgy  fundamental values here are:

  • Meeting all legal and standard-based requirements, plus all of the company’s commitments related to environmental aspects.
  • Understanding the current and future needs of our Clients in order to achieve full Customer satisfaction.
  • Encouraging   employee training and raising their awareness, assuring a suitable level of training and motivation and providing them with the technical resources needed for them to perform their activities effectively.
  • Directing our efforts towards the continuous improvement of the quality of our services and improving the efficiency of our processes, thus improving the relationships with our Customers.
  • Promoting communication, emphasising the need to inform our employees about the company’s commitments to quality and the environment.
  • Creating a suitable work environment, facilitating the participation of staff in all activities and helping them reach established objectives
  • Planning of our activities in such a way that we assure that potential contamination is avoided, thus ensuring the continuous improvement of our environmental behaviour
  • Minimizing the environmental impact caused by our activities, placing special emphasis on  generated aspects, especially those that have been evaluated as being significant for the company.

Entelgy  holds the following certificates: the UNE EN ISO 9001 standard for the Provision of professional technical services for information technologies in the Madrid Central Office and Services for the design, development and maintenance of information systems in the Bilbao office. The UNE-EN-ISO 14001 standard for the Provision of consulting services in the area of information technology and telecommunications.


This policy, designed specifically for our company, is communicated to our staff and fully understood by them. Staff are committed to their involvement in Quality and Environmental Management.
